Tanika started with Morris Bart's office as an attorney in 2004. After 8 years as an attorney there, she founded People's Legal based on the principal that people would be the center of her law firm. Each client would be treated as family, and as if their concerns were paramount. She learned firsthand how frustrating it was for clients when having to deal with an attorney who was too busy to take your call, and treated your case as if you were on an assembly line. As a result of adopting the practice that every client was like family, about 98% of People’s Legal’s clientele are repeat clients, or clients referred by repeat or current clients.
